1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must not be a part of a final sale, customized, or discounted beyond 40%.
🧾 We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items (like worn apparel).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

Email us at support@sherputtar.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Our team will verify your request and share the return process within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, please pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner.
In some cases, you may need to ship the product to our return address manually.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer / UPI (you’ll be asked for your details).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., size or color), please mention it in your return request.
We’ll ship the replacement after we receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order can only be returned through our standard return process.
